Purchased this product to match with antique brass door knobs from Schalage. The advertisement pictures show that it could match. When I received the product, the antique brass color is more yellowish. I send actual pictures to kichler, but they didn't respond except that customer service told me that they will forward those pictures to the product manager. [...]. Do not buy online without seeing the original product. They do not look the same from their advertised pictures.

The product arrived in good condition and was packed well. Assembly was straighforward and installation is what you would expect from a simple two wire + ground fixture.

It took some work to get the decorative vertical pieces aligned properly with the fixed arms.

The package contained some washers that were not explained in the instructions. Based on their size and number it was obvious they had to do with installing the glass shades. Even with the washers two of the five nuts screwed past the threading on the lamp sockets making them loose. It's a pain to have to buy parts for a brand new item but two or three more washers should be all that's required.

Overall, we're pleased with our purchase.
