BEST ANSWER: With regards to the Chiron 73 Inch Reading Lamp by Elk Home, per the manufacturer, Arms can go almost fully up[ and down, lamp shade can rotate around 30 degrees.

Can lights be put on less than three at a time? Is it dimmable?
BEST ANSWER: The Chiron 73 Inch Reading Lamp uses a foot control to turn on and off.
It is not a dimmable fixture.
