What is the shortest length this can hang at?
BEST ANSWER: Hi, the fixture itself from the bottom to the disk in the center where the four chains connect is 35" high, the canopy is 3.25" high and each chain link is 2.375" high; therefore the shortest it can hang is about 41". I hope this information helps.

Can led lights be used in this fixture?
BEST ANSWER: Hi. Yes, you can but I tried that at first and really didn't like how stark it looked. Changed them to regular bulbs and I have to say this is so beautiful and is the highlight of my eat in kitchen.

Can this be hung on a sloped ceiling?
BEST ANSWER: We hung ours in a flat ceiling however I don’t see any reason why your couldn’t hang it on an angled/sloped ceiling. The plate will most definitely sit flush.

What is the difference in acrylic glass vs clear glass?
BEST ANSWER: Acrylic is white like milk glass. Clear glass is transparent.
