BEST ANSWER: Yes, we had our electrician put a dimmer switch in and we are loving this fixture. Bought months ago and am finally in our new home! Hope you enjoy as we are.

can you mount on a sloped ceiling?
BEST ANSWER: Mine isn't mounted on a sloped ceiling. There is an "O" ring at the top of the light that would be the hinge for the sloped ceiling. I love my chandelier.

Is this a dark bronze almost black in color?
