I am confused by overall height 48” and minimum height 28”. I need a shorter overall chandelier for my 8’ ceilings. At its shortest length the fixture is 48”? Or with the smaller bar at its shortest length overall is 28”?
BEST ANSWER: Hello: The maximum height for a chandelier for an 8' ceiling should be 24". This chandelier is 26" W and 28" Minimum height but can hang at a maximum of 48". (he maximum height includes the height of the fixture.)

Is the stem adjustable? Or is each stem a fixed length?

The cross bars leading to the four lights leans to one side so it's lop sided. How do you fix that? Do you have an assembly and instruction booklet? I don't have mine anymore.

I am looking at the bronze and antique brass finish. In the picture, the bronze looks like a lighter color and appears to be shiny. I love the fixture, but am looking for a dark bronze with gold accent. Just can't tell from picture if the lighting makes it look lighter and shiny. ???
BEST ANSWER: I purchased the bronze finish and it is NOT shiny. It is a matte finish.

If I understand correctly, the 28" fixture is from the bottom of fixture to the rod's thumb screw. By adding the 12.5" extension rod and .75" mounting bracket, the TOTAL FIXTURE is 39.5". Is this too tall for my 10" FOYER ceiling?
BEST ANSWER: Maximum height for this fixture is 48 inches. A 10 food ceiling would be 120, taking 120-48 = 72 inches, which is 6 foot. I think you would need all the rods included, you would want it a minimum of 7 to 8 feet above the floor.

Can this fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling? I.e. is the fixture static, or flexible at all? Our ceiling is vaulted and the fixture would need to be installed at approx a 30 def free angle. Thank you.
BEST ANSWER: The extension rods aren't flexible at all, so I don't think this fixture would work on a sloped ceiling.

Can just one stem be used, the 12.5' one for a shorter fixture?
Can a custom stem be made for this light fixture now that I already have installed it? We have high ceilings and the light fixture would look much better if the stem was longer and the fixture closer to the top of the table.

Does the coupling adjust to either stem?. They appear to be different circumferences
BEST ANSWER: Hi, the coupling is actually for decoration and does not affect the stems length. The overall height is 48 inches and cannot be adjusted. What is the minimum length this fixture can hang, from mounting bracket/ceiling to bottom of the lowest rod? I want to use this as a chandelier in the middle of my master bathroom but we need to be able to walk comfortably below it. Our ceilings are 10 foot.

How high over the table should this hang (i.e. the bottom of the center stem should generally be how high above the table top?)
